We train brushing champions.

The first visit is the most important step. When it is calm and fun, the clinic becomes a safe, friendly place for your child.

Tips for the first visit

  • Treat the first visit as a casual check-up, not a big event.
  • Bring your child to your own appointment. Seeing a calm parent in the chair teaches them there is nothing to fear.
  • Our staff will show your child around, so the clinic feels friendly.
  • Book a morning slot, when your child is rested and fed.

Prevention comes first

  • Better habits.
  • Closer check-ups.
  • Fewer cavities.
  • Regular cleaning and check-ups
  • Fluoride treatment
  • Early detection and treatment of decay
  • Referral to a specialist when needed

When should my child first see a dentist?

Around their first birthday. We check the mouth and teeth, show parents how to brush, and answer questions about hygiene, diet and how often to visit.

My child is afraid of the dentist. How can you help?

Every child is different. We build trust step by step, so your child grows up with a positive attitude to the dentist.

How do I prepare my child for the first visit?

Tell them we start by exploring the clinic. We give them a ride in the chair, show them the “magic fountain” that fills the cup by itself and the little “vacuum cleaner”. At the end they get a diploma for bravery!

Can I stay with my child?

Of course. We examine small children on a parent’s lap. Once they relax, the parent sits next to them or waits in the waiting room.

How often should I brush my child’s teeth?

At least twice a day, after breakfast and before bed. Help your child until about age ten.

How much toothpaste?

Use a fluoride toothpaste made for their age. Up to age three, a grain of rice; after that, a pea-sized amount.

Why treat milk teeth?

Milk teeth help with chewing and speech, and they hold space for permanent teeth. Losing them early can cause crowding and jaw problems.

The earlier a child meets the dentist, the easier every visit after that. Our staff guide you and your child through each step, and there is a diploma for bravery at the end.
